The Quality Manager position reports directly to the Plant Manager, with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Quality. This is a key leadership position, Engineering Degree and Six Sigma background are necessary.

Job Requirements

Experience and good grasp on the following: Core quality tools/activities: PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, IP, internal external audits
Experience and good grasp on Core Problem Solving: Minitab Expertise, DMAIC, 8D, 5-why, Fishbone/Ishikawa, Hypothesis testing, etc
7+ years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment.

BS, Engineering degree
