The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and controlling multiple production cells concerning safety, quality, delivery accuracy and efficiency. The Plant Manager is also responsible for personnel issues, health, safety, and environment.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience coaching, mentoring, and building culture/leading leaders to win
Experience working cross functional with operations & commercial teams

Education

4 year degree – engineering preferred. Can consider other 4 year degrees as well.
