This role will be responsible for developing HR strategies and will lead the charge to create, implement, and assess effective talent acquisition, learning, and performance initiatives

Job Requirements

8+ years of progressive HR Experience with at least 3 being focused in employee experience
Demonstrated experience creating and implementing onboarding, L&D, performance management and offboarding procedures
3+ years of HR leadership managing direct reports

Education

Bachelor’s, MBA or Master’s preferred
