Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Manager leads the execution of the Continuous Improvement strategy and projects for the Cleveland operations and supports QSC programs across all manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience implementing a continuous improvement and lean culture in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead strategic Kaizen Events across sites with various levels of leadership
Ability to lead advanced problem solving sessions across site(s) with various levels of leadership

Education

Bachelor’s degree. Equivalent work experience of 5+ years with demonstrated results will also be considered.
